ENHANCE ME CASE STUDY
Enhance Me Aesthetics is a leading Aesthetics Clinic based in North Essex established by Clinical Director Abi Farrow.
They provide treatments for body sculpting, skin perfecting, permanent make up, wrinkle relaxing, lip filling, jawline & chin contouring and many others.
They also operate a training academy to deliver accredited Aesthetic Training Courses to medical & aesthetic practitioners and have recently opened a second clinic in Halstead.
The training academy was introducing a lot of models to the aesthetics clinic, however, as the models were only paying cost price to cover the costs of the treatments the clinic needed to attract more paying clients.
When Enhance Me only had one clinic, having models only paying cost price wasn’t too much of an issue.
However, opening the second clinic in Halstead meant they needed to focus on generating as much profit as possible from the Colne clinic to help cover the costs of launching the new clinic.
We started working with Enhance Me in early November 2021.
As we were approaching Christmas, we suggested they start their campaigns by launching a festive-focused treatment package that we know drives a large increase in new enquiries to clinics.
This Christmas campaign delivered 438 new leads in the 7 weeks that the campaign ran for.
The campaign was so successful that they decided to run another campaign with us at the start of 2022 giving them a total of 716 new leads in just under 3 months working with us.
Enhance Me has now asked us to also help them get more clients for their training academy.
