We started working with Med-fx in 2017. Back then, they were 4th in their market and didn’t have any social media pages at all. So we had to start from scratch.
So what did we do?
We focused our efforts on 3 main areas:
1. Grow the Medfx audience - We consistently posted engaging content across Facebook and Instagram.
2. Provide genuine value to the Medfx audience - We created engaging ads on Facebook that offered genuine value to the right audiences.
3. Turn the Medf-fx audience into Med-fx Customers - We combined the technology and audience reach potential that is available on social media platforms (such as Facebook) with other platforms such as sales funnel technology, Messenger Apps and booking software to create automated lead generation processes that work more efficiently than people can.
Since then we’ve been able to generate over 1,500 new client leads for Med-fx. Their Facebook page has over 7,500 page followers and their posts regularly reach between 3,000 - 5,000 people organically. Their Instagram page has over 2,300 followers.
Within the Med-fx Facebook page, there are 6 specialist Groups with communities of between 400 and 1,200 in each group allowing the members of the Groups to communicate and network with each other.
It wasn’t quick and it hasn’t been easy but now in 2020, Med-fx is now the market leading supplier in the aesthetics industry.
Their social media presence is also one of the reasons given by Galderma as to why they chose Med-fx as their sole preferred partner.
