Aesthetica & Wellness are a Leicestershire-based beauty clinic that offer a comprehensive menu of treatments and procedures, including laser hair and tattoo removal, facials, dermal fillers, body contouring, and more.
Their team of skin care practitioners, laser specialists and aesthetic therapists have over a decade of experience to share, and are on hand to support every individual through their aesthetic journey. They want to ensure their clients receive maximum benefits and results for the investment they are making.
WHY THE CLIENT NEEDED OUR HELP:
Aesthetica & Wellness had only recently opened and were struggling to get any clients through the door. The company was being managed by someone with clinic management experience but who didn’t have any marketing know-how to successfully advertise the business to get new clients in quickly.

Despite being a new clinic, they weren’t marketing themselves and seemed to have no reliable strategy, other than a few posts on social media.

They were not getting any clients through the doors at all. Having just opened, they needed to secure clients quickly to recoup some of their investment. The business would not have survived had they carried on as they were.

HOW DID WE DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM?
As this was a new clinic, it was clear that the first thing they needed to do was to create a strategy designed to attract new clients and develop a good reputation.
We suggested that they start getting online reviews from their existing clients and recommended a market leading review software that helps businesses garner genuine positive reviews from existing customers, which then automatically posts the reviews across their digital platforms.
We then recommended a customer acquisition strategy targeting the local area with an attractive offer designed to entice people to visit the clinic.
For a brand-new clinic with no reputation, their first campaign managed to generate 287 new client leads in just over two months, helping them establish a reputation within their community.
