Bodyvie are an award-winning advanced medical and aesthetics clinic that offer the most up-to-date cosmetic, private health and wellbeing treatments in and around the Surrey and London area.
Established in 1999, Bodyvie was, at the time, one of the first cosmetic clinics in the UK. Located on Harley Street in Richmond, Surrey, acting Lead Doctor and Medical Director, Dr Weber has worked in some of Harley Street’s best-known clinics and has also contributed to the lecture circuit. He endeavours to ensure continual professional development for all of the team, which exclusively utilises the latest and most advanced technologies. This has allowed Dr Weber to establish himself as one of the UK’s leading specialist cosmetic doctors.
With a wealth of experience within the field of medical aesthetics, and an emphasis on quality and continuity of care, Dr Weber has assembled the finest possible team of doctors and medical aestheticians in the UK, ensuring his high standards are reflected throughout the clinic.
Bodyvie understands that every patient has a different set of goals, and every patient’s skin is unique. With this in mind, they work closely with patients by giving them as much information and support as possible to ensure that the patient is comfortable with the procedure and is thrilled with the result. WHY THE CLIENT NEEDED OUR HELP:
Bodyvie had never done any advertising before, and so they needed our assistance on how to promote a new treatment called ‘Ultraslim’ to its fullest potential. The company had invested in an expensive machine for this treatment and were unsure on how to market it to guarantee that it would be a successful financial endeavour.
HOW THEY MANAGED THIS ISSUE (PRIOR TO SEEKING OUR HELP):
Before enlisting our marketing expertise, Bodyvie were limiting themselves to promoting ‘Ultraslim’ by word-of-mouth during patient referrals only, which was proving to be unprofitable.
HOW THE PROBLEM MANIFESTED ITSELF:
Bodyvie had spent tens of thousands of pounds on this advanced piece of equipment and were not making the money back from this purchase.
LENGTH OF ISSUE:
It was around six months before Bodyvie realised they needed to enlist outside help to maximise the potential of this product.
WHAT INSTIGATED A DESIRE TO SEEK OUR HELP?
Bodyvie realised that word-of-mouth advertising alone was not a realistic advertising method for this treatment, and that the money spent on the ‘Ultraslim’ machine was not being returned; meaning the product simply wasn’t paying for itself. This led them to reach out for our help.
HOW DID WE DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM?
After an initial consultation with the clinic, we decided to run a social media campaign to target their existing customers, as well as potential leads that met a specific profile within the Richmond area. We also arranged for a video to be shot at the clinic, enlisting the help of Dr Weber to explain the treatment process by using his knowledge and expertise to describe the full benefits of the treatment.
Bodyvie were blown away by the results and were surprised by the number of leads they received from this campaign, which were thirty-five leads and sixteen conversions on this expensive treatment – giving them over £12,000 profit over the span of a thirty-day period.
