THE CLIENT: REJUVASKIN

Rejuvaskin is an independent aesthetics clinic based in Bradford, UK, that was formerly part of a franchise that went into administration. Created in 2015, they primarily specialise in laser hair removal and non-surgical cosmetic treatments. The clinic is run by its Managing Director, Shazhad Ahmed, who approached us to work with him on a lead-targeted marketing campaign.

THEIR MISSION:

The clinic has fine-tuned its team and reputation to provide only the best services performed by the best aestheticians. The clinic manager has worked all over the UK, sourcing new treatments, product lines and the best equipment to deliver the desired results in a bid to offer something extra than the average “beauty clinic.”

WHY THE CLIENT NEEDED OUR HELP:

Shahzad had just taken over a new clinic a few months before the first COVID 19 lockdown restrictions forced his business to shut. After a year of being forced to keep his doors closed, he needed to get clients in very quickly when he was able to reopen in order to make up for the lost revenue caused by the pandemic.

The lockdowns required all aesthetics businesses to close, so like most companies affected by the restrictions, Shazhad put his staff on furlough was forced to wait until the regulations had lifted again.

We organised a consultation with Shahzad to discuss the various treatments he offers with regards to creating a marketing strategy tailored to each of them. As Rejuviskin are the north’s premier laser hair removal service, we decided to lead with a laser hair removal campaign.

THE RESULT:

The client received 385 leads in the first thirty days following the campaign, with a 50% conversion rate. Shahzad was thoroughly delighted with the results and has since recommended us to other clinic owners, who have also become clients.
