Skin Radiance are a chain of UK-based aesthetic clinics founded by Dr Raj Thethi MBChB BSc (Hons) MRCSEd, a Harley Street-trained, fully medically qualified cosmetic doctor with a broad surgical background.

THEIR MISSION:

Skin Radiance provides their patients with the latest non-surgical treatments available to ensure they are looking and feeling their best.

WHY THE CLIENT NEEDED OUR HELP:

Raj was taking on new premises and more staff. Although he was very busy, he needed to make sure that he could fill the diaries of the team he had just taken on and build a continuum of clients.

HOW THEY MANAGED THIS ISSUE (PRIOR TO SEEKING OUR HELP):

His existing client base was all through word-of-mouth, but Raj felt a more digital-based marketing strategy would be the best approach and required our services to professionally execute it.

HOW THE PROBLEM MANIFESTED ITSELF:

Although he had a good existing customer database, he couldn’t rely only on word-of-mouth to grow his business, as he was aware this particular method isn’t always possible to control or scale up as and when needed. He needed to have a sure-fire way of attracting new clients for his growing business.

LENGTH OF ISSUE:

He had anticipated this issue and so he started talking to us before his new team had started in the new clinic.

WHAT INSTIGATED A DESIRE TO SEEK OUR HELP?

He had predicted a lack of demand if he relied only on word-of-mouth marketing. Also, by analysing his figures, he knew he wouldn’t have sufficient turnover from his existing client base to fill the diaries for his new team and to justify the new premises.

HOW DID WE DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM?

We were able to leverage Raj’s strong reputation to run some ‘no-brainer’ campaigns to tempt new customers to try treatments from the new team. Based on our experience of helping aesthetics clinics, we were able to advise him about which offers to lead with and when to promote certain treatments.

THE RESULT:

Within one week of starting the campaign, we had generated over eighty new enquiries for Skin Radiance. Raj called us and asked us to reduce his ad spend so his team could cope with the demand! Needless to say, he was very impressed!
