THEIR MISSION:
Their mission is to be leading practitioners who provide the highest quality cosmetic and mental health & wellness treatments tailored to each individual client’s needs. They aim to focus primarily on a holistic and non-surgical approach to beauty and wellness.
WHY THE CLIENT NEEDED OUR HELP:
We were dealing with Tracey Hopwood from Tinkable’s Ashford clinic. When we first met Tracey, she was working as a GP in a prison, and was originally a student on our Scale Your Clinic Masterclass in early 2021. Tracey wanted to stop working in the prison and merge into aesthetics full-time.
HOW THEY MANAGED THEIR ISSUE (PRIOR TO SEEKING OUR HELP):
At the time, Tracey was working part-time in aesthetics because she didn’t have enough clients to fill her calendar, which would have enabled her to branch away from being a General Practitioner and move into working exclusively in aesthetics.
HOW THE PROBLEM MANIFESTED ITSELF:
Tracey was stuck in between two worlds. She was juggling her time between working in the prison full-time and managing her aesthetics clients in the clinic, which wasn’t a sustainable work life for her.
LENGTH OF ISSUE:
Not known.
WHAT INSTIGATED A DESIRE TO SEEK OUR HELP?
Tracey contacted us in April 2021 when the aesthetics industry was getting ready to reopen again after the third COVID-19 lockdown, which had forced her to put her career plans on hold. This time away had only served to make her more determined to break away from working as a GP.
HOW DID WE DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM?
We arranged a consultation with Tracey to discuss the various treatments she offers, and how we could approach a successful campaign tailored to each of them. We developed a three-month strategy with the focus on generating and converting new leads per treatment. As she was aiming to start to running treatments during the summer months, we decided that the 3D Liposuction treatment would be the best one to start with.
THE RESULT:
Tracey received so many leads from the campaign that she handed in her notice at the prison after ten days’ worth of new leads. After twenty-six days, she had received a total of 453 new leads. Tracey is delighted with the results she has received and is so happy that she has been able to live her dream.
